Refunds and exchanges up to 30 days from purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Refunds will go back to original payment method.

We can only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, send an email to info@michaelshawmusic.com.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning items valued over $100, make sure you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
